The D& B Alumni club has grown by one with the recent retirement of Wayne Whitall. who worked for D&B Engineering for exactly 20 years! We congratulate Wayne upon his retirement at D&B as a Sales Engineer. He joins 6 others who were employed at D&B Engineering for over two decades. As most know, it's a rarity to have many intelligent and dedicated workers retire from the company after lengthy employment timespans. D&B appreciates the hard work of their employees and looks forward to future growth of its Alumni Club.

D&B also celebrates the growth and future of the company. In January 2016, Matthew Pedecine joined the D&B team as a Project Manager. The 26-year-old UConn graduate immerses himself completely from design phase to final commissioning of projects that include D&B supplied equipment. Matt can be reached at mpedecine@dbnj.com.

The Turtle Back Zoo sought the help of D&B to replicate the weather of Earth's hottest continent for the Zoo's new giraffe exhibit. Two (2) Xetex energy recovery units were provided and have been running successfully since the winter.
